In high school I was involved in my school's JROTC program for 4 years. I was forced to be fit and I found working out to be a stress reliever for me. I went to college and throughout the first year, I gained my freshmen fifteen and the "boyfriend layer." My weight went from 96 pounds to 125 the first year, and a gained a little more since then. It is extremely hard for me to lose weight for some reason, but I know it's not impossible.
